Ordering and Payment

Ordering books from Ever After is very easy.
With the convenience of a secure credit card payment system, we can accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and welcome money orders, cheques (subject to clearance), Direct Debit to our nominated account and, if you live locally, you can choose to pick up your order and save on postage too! Please include the Bank Reference number, provided to you upon checkout, as a reference when making a Direct Debit so we can quickly process your order.

To order books, on your first visit you just need to register, then in subsequent visits, just LOG IN, browse through our extensive inventory, add titles to your shopping cart and, when you’re ready, finalised your order by using the checkout and presto, it’s done!

Your order will be confirmed by email and will be ordered immediately.

• We order directly from the US twice a week, however, new releases will take 7 to 14 business days to arrive but can be delayed due to delivery delays or unforeseen circumstances. Please take note that some books are released mid-month.

• Payment is not charged to your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped, however, cheques, money orders and direct debit payments must be received before orders are despatched.

• If you would like to order online but pick-up your books from the store, you are most welcome. When you place your order, simply select the pick-up option and we’ll notify you when they have arrived.

• As some titles are specially ordered, if you make any mistakes when ordering, please contact us immediately so we can cancel the order.

• All prices are GST inclusive and are in Australian Dollars.
